Apple-Cinnamon Dutch Mini Pancakes

Healthy and gluten-free Apple-Cinnamon Dutch Mini Pancakes! This week we share the third and last recipe for Dutch Mini Pancakes. Have you missed the previous recipes? Not a disaster, you can view it in our online Magazine.
Today you create a large plate full of Dutch Mini Pancakes with a lot less kcal! Isn't that fantastic? You can make your Apple-Cinnamon Dutch Mini Pancakes even more special by adding raisins and extra cinnamon to the batter.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 apple
- 100 ml of water
- 2 scoops RawPancake mix Natural
- 1 tbsp (coconut) oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation method:
- Heat the pancake pan over high heat.
- Peel and grate the apple.
- Mix the grater with the water in a bowl.
- Add 2 scoops of RawPancake mix to the mixture and mix with a fork.
- Reduce the heat and grease the Dutch Mini Pancakes pan with oil.
- Bake the Dutch Mini Pancakes until the batter is finished.
- Serve the Dutch Mini Pancakes with the cinnamon and possibly the other half of the apple.
