Anti-Inflammatory Protein Pasta

Anti-Inflammatory Protein Pasta

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the protein pasta. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Slice the zucchini, tomatoes, and peppers into small cubes.
  3. Add the vegetables to a pan over medium heat with 2 tsp of oil.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add in the pasta sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add in the pasta and combine.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
