This brownie is very suitable for freezing. So you always have a healthy snack at hand!
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas (ripe)
- 75 gr walnuts
- 75 gr Almost SkinnyChoco Pure
- 65 gr coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr RawPancake mix RawTella
- 100 gr almond flour
- 6 scoops SlimChoco
- 50 gr raspberries
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mash the bananas, chop the walnuts and chocolate.
- Heat the coconut oil and mix it with the eggs.
- Meanwhile, mix the RawPancake mix, almond flour and SlimChoco in another bowl.
- Add the egg mixture and the raspberries. Mix the mixture into a wet mixture.
- Finally, add the walnuts and chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread the mixture.
- Bake the brownies in the oven for about 35 minutes.
