Konjac Pasta:
CleanFoods Konjac Pastas are already cooked and are ready for immediate use. You only have to rinse the RawSpaghetti, RawNoodles, RawRice, RawLasagne and RawFettucinne with cold water in a colander.
You can briefly fry our RawPastas in a pan (with oil) or heat them in the microwave. Then add your favorite herbs, sauce, vegetables and meat / fish / meat substitute. With our RawPastas the variations are endless.
DryNoodles
You can prepare DryNoodles in two ways:
1. Let the noodles soak in hot water for 5-8 minutes, then add the noodles to your favorite sauce or dish.
2. Boil the noodles for 5 minutes, then add the noodles to your favorite sauce or dish.
ProteinPasta:
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Use about 1 liter of water per 100 grams of pasta. Add the Protein Pasta to the water and bring the water to a boil again. Cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes. Drain the pasta and it is ready to eat.
Pancakes:
All Cleanfoods RawPancakes are “instant” which means that you only need to add water to the mix. You don't need milk or eggs.
For the preparation it is important to know which RawPancake mix you are using. A different preparation method applies to the renewed Natural Pancake (in bag) and the Kids PowerPancake.
Regular preparation: Mix 140 ml of water with 2 scoops of pancake mix in a shaker or blender. Shake well and your batter is ready. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a slightly greasy pan until golden brown in a few minutes. You can use the Cleanfoods coconut oil for baking.
Different preparation method: Mix 100 ml water with 2 scoops of pancake mix in a bowl and a fork. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a slightly greasy pan until golden brown in a few minutes. You can use the Cleanfoods coconut oil for baking.
Slimcakes:
SlimCake is very easy to use and ready in just 1 minute. Pour the contents of 1 sachet (50 grams) into a cup or mug, add 50ml water and stir well. Place the cup or mug in the microwave, 1 minute at 900Watt and you're done!
You can also prepare the SlimCake in the oven. For this, you preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Pour the contents of 1 sachet (50 grams) into a cup or mug, add 50ml water and stir well. Place the cup or mug in the oven and put a glass of water next to it. Bake this for about 15 minutes and then let the cake cool for a few minutes.
Note: The cup or mug can get warm!
Konjac Pasta:
Closed packages can be stored outside the refrigerator, see shelf life on
the packaging.
Store opened packages in the refrigerator (<7ºC), preferably store the pasta in the water from the package. Always close packaging tightly and consume within 2 days.
DryNoodles:
Close well after opening. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place (not in the refrigerator). Preferably in a lockable storage container. See the shelf life on the packaging.
Protein pasta:

Close the packaging well after opening. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place, preferably in
a lockable storage container. Uncooked, the pasta does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
Store cooked pasta in a closed container in the refrigerator (<7ºC) and consume within 2 days.

Consume baked RawPancakes within 1 day.
Slimcakes:
Keep closed packaging cool and dry. See the packaging for the
expiration date. Opened packages should be consumed immediately. Consume baked SlimCakes within 1 day.
RawKonjac Spaghetti and Asian Noodles:
The RawKonjac Spaghetti and Asian Noodles can also be used as a substitute for normal wheat noodles in your favorite soup or in a healthy meal salad.
