INGREDIENTS
Corn flour, buckwheat flour, rice flour, potato starch, chickpea flour, tomato,
thickeners (guar gum, konjac gum, xanthan gum), onion, dietary fiber
(bamboo fiber), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, paprika, salt, acid: citric
acid, stabilizer: methylcellulose, garlic, oregano, basil, pepper, natural aroma.
DIRECTIONS OF USE (FOR 4 PANCAKES - 12cm)
Mix 2 scoops of RawPancake with 160ml of water (or skimmed milk / plantbased milk). Stir together with a whisk or mixer into a smooth batter. Heat a frying pan and ad just a drip of oil. Pour some batter into the pan and bake the pancakes on a not too high heat on both sides until golden brown. NOTE: You do NOT need eggs for this batter only water.
